I have heard the learned Advocates for the respective sides. After considering their submissions and for the reasons set out in the application, the same is allowed. The order of this Court dated 22.12.2016 is recalled subject to costs of Rs.27,000/-, which shall be contributed by the 27 Corporators (Rs.1,000/-each). Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the said amount would be deposited with the Advocate Bar Association of Bombay High Court, Bench at Aurangabad on/or before 10.1.2017.

Shri Patil, learned Advocate appearing for respondent No.1 and Shri Shelke, learned Advocate for respondents 2 and 3 pray that the petition be heard on 10.1.2017.
