PER COURT :- I have heard the learned Advocates for the parties. The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits, on instructions that, a substantive proceeding, seeking disqualification of respondent No.4 - elected candidate is pending before the District Collector, Nandurbar. The petitioner, therefore, desires to withdraw this petition, so as to canvass all his grounds in the pending proceeding and more so, since the petitioner had challenged the acceptance of the nomination of respondent No.4 in this petition.
