A request of the Petitioner is that, he should be granted a change of posting and transfer him to another school as he is presently working on an excess post, which is not in existence.

We have heard the learned Advocates for the respective sides.

Undisputedly, the Petitioner is a Teacher and his name is mentioned at Sr. No.1 in the list dated 26/05/2023. In similar circumstances, the candidate whose name is at Sr. No.6 has

14921.23wp (2) approached this Court in Writ Petition No.6423/2023 and the Co-ordinate Bench passed the order on 28/06/2023 that, his request may be considered within 15 days as per the said list dated 26/05/2023. The learned Advocate Shri. Yadav-Lonikar representing the Respondent/ Zilla Parishad, Parbhani, submits that, a similar order can be passed.
