Heard the learned Advocate for the petitioner and learned AGP for Respondents. A limited prayer in the petition is to direct Respondent No.2-Committee to decide the tribe claim proposal of the petitioner which is pending since 18.07.2025 within stipulated period. 2.

Considering the above, this Court find that this petition can be allowed. Hence, the following order :-

O R D E R

(i) Writ Petition stands allowed.

(ii) Respondent No.2-Committee is directed to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner which is pending with it within a period of nine (9) months from today.
