PER COURT :- The learned Advocate for the petitioner, on instructions submits that, this petition was filed for challenging the acceptance of the nomination form of respondent No.4. Subsequently, the petitioner, who contested the election for the post of President of the Municipal Council defeated respondent No.4 and has been returned as an elected candidate. There is no proceeding pending before any Court or authority, at the behest of respondent No.4.

The petitioner, therefore, desires to withdraw this petition. In view of the above, this petition is disposed off, as withdrawn.
