Heard the learned Advocate for the petitioner and learned AGP for Respondents.

The petitioner preferred tribe claim before Respondent No.2Committee on 3rd July 2025. The same is still pending and not deciding. The petitioner has therefore approached this Court seeking direction to Respondent No.2-Committee to decide the caste claim within stipulated period.

On hearing the parties, this Court find that the following order would serve the purpose of this Writ Petition :-

O R D E R

(i) Writ Petition stands allowed.

(ii) Respondent No.2-Committee is directed to decide the claim of the petitioner pending with it within a period of Narwade/
