The learned Advocate for the applicant submits that the election programme published by the Election Commission shows that the elections would be over on 21.12.2025 and therefore he seeks extension in the period, which is relaxed till 03.12.2025 vide order dated 13.11.2025.

Vide order dated 13,11,2025, in paragraph No.6 , the condition of entering the village was relaxed till 03.12.2025. However, khs/Dec.2025/4610

- 2 - as the elections are going on till 21.12.2025, the purpose of this application would be served, if the period is extended upto 21.12.2025. 3.

Hence, the said condition No.(f) in the order dated 13.10.2025, which is relaxed till 03.12.2025 vide order dated 13.11.2025, by this application is extended / relaxed upto 21.12.2025. 4.
