It appears that after the matter was considered by this Court and he was granted leave to add the documents, it transpires that on 05.12.2023, the petitioner has been called upon to comply with the shortcomings in tune with its request.

Needless to state that if the petitioner's proposal is being under active consideration and it has been called upon to comply with it, at this stage, the purpose of filing petition stands served. It would always be open for the petitioner to remove the shortcomings, whereupon, the respondents would take appropriate decision.
