Mr.Tope, the learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, states that he is not pressing the relief challenging the Government Resolution. The learned counsel submits that in the petitions filed by the Village Panchayats, the representations/objections are already filed with the Government on 04.01.2017, however, the same are not decided as yet. The learned counsel prays that the Committee be directed to decide the same. Learned AGP, on instructions, states that the Committee is constituted and functioning and the same would be 1/2

Considering the above, we pass following order:

O R D E R

i.

The Committee with whom the applications/ representations are filed by the Gram Panchayats or may be filed by the petitioners in some of these writ petitions, shall decide the same on its own merits, expeditiously, preferably within two weeks .

ii. Considering the fact that allotment of tender is stayed by this Court, the interim relief granted by this Court shall continue till decision by the Committee.

Writ petitions stand disposed of. No costs.
