Shri Chincholkar, learned Counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that, the office objections shall be removed within two weeks. In view of the submission so made, the order passed by the learned Registrar on 16.02.2016 is set aside. The delay caused in filing the application is condoned. First appeal on stamp number stands restored to its original file.

It is clarified that, the applicant - appellant shall not be entitled for the interest of the intervening period i.e. from 16.02.2016 to 14.02.2019 in the event the amount of compensation is enhanced, on the said enhanced amount of compensation.

Civil Application stands disposed of.
