Petitioner has approached this Court seeking direction to the Committee to decide his caste claim within stipulated period. Caste claim of the petitioner is pending since 19.03.2020. It is informed that the Vigilance Enquiry is also now over.

Considering the above, Respondent No.2-Committee is directed to decide the caste claim of the petitioner which is pending with it within a period of six (6) months from today. 4.

With this, Writ Petition stands disposed of.
