The grievance of the Petitioner is that on a remand by the superior Authority, Respondent No.5 is not taking up the proceedings to take a decision with respect to the disputed Mutation Entry No.34350.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off expecting Respondent No.5 to decide the pending proceedings before it within a period of 60 days from today, by giving a reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the stakeholders.
