In view of the submissions made, the following order is passed:

ORDER

i) The applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount on submitting an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar of this Court.

ii) Balance amount be invested in Fixed Deposit Receipt in any nationalized bank for the period

iii) The civil application stands disposed of. iv) List the appeal for final disposal on 28.02.2019. Call record and proceedings.
