Petitioner No.1 is challenging the decision of the Education Officer Secondary refusing to grant approval to her appointment as a Teacher.

In the light of the fact that the Grievance Forum is created and available under the Government Resolution dated 27.03.2024, the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to petitioner No.1 to resort to the Forum.
