The Applicants pray for condonation of delay of two years and 189 days caused in filing the Civil Application for bringing the legal heirs of the deceased Respondent No.2 on record. Issue notice to the legal heirs of Respondent No.2. Shri Sancheti, learned Advocate, waives service on behalf of the legal heirs Respondent Nos.2A, 2B and 2C and submits that he has no objection if this Civil Application is allowed, but some costs may be imposed, which shall be donated to the Advocates Association of Bombay High Court, Bench at Aurangabad.

Considering the above, this Civil Application No.183/2018 is

Delay is condoned by imposing costs of Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) which the Applicant shall deposit with the Advocates Association of Bombay High Court, Bench at Aurangabad on or before 09.02.2018. On depositing the costs, the Applicant shall bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased Respondent No.2 in the Writ Petition on or before 09.02.2018.
