JULY 25, 2024 ORDER :- This petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, for quashment of the FIR, being Crime No.165 of 2022, registered with Azadnagar Police Station, Dhule, for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 468 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the investigating agency has filed "A" summary report. He submits that in view of the said report, nothing survives in this petition. He tenders a copy of the "A" summary report dated 09.12.2023. The same is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification.
