ORDER :- Heard learned AGP for the applicants and learned counsel for the respondent-original claimant.

The reasons assigned for filing first appeal by applicants are that the office has obtained necessary sanction from the higher authorities and for the entire correspondence, time was required. It is general experience that for obtaining sanction and for allotment of funds, time is required for the authorities. Therefore, reasons assigned for condonation of delay in filing first appeal are probable and acceptable. The delay of 1134 days caused in filing first appeal is condoned. Civil Application is disposed of.

Issue notice to the respondent-claimant.
