ORAL ORDER :

After hearing these matters for considerable length of time, learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions received by him from the petitioners, seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the writ petitions to pursue alternate remedy available under Section 91 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 with liberty to raise all the contentions and questions of fact as well as questions of law in that dispute. The leave with liberty as prayed for is granted. All contentions and questions of law and fact are kept open, to be considered on their own merits in the disputes those may be filed under Section 91 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960. If any such disputes are raised, the Co-operative Court shall take into

consideration the time consumed by the petitioners in prosecuting these petitions in accordance with law. Writ Petitions are disposed of as withdrawn. No costs.
