The Petitioner desires to work on a lower post on account of particular personal reasons. A request application dated 05.05.2022 seeking demotion, is pending with the Zilla Parishad. 2.

The learned Advocate for the Zilla Parishad submits that if the Rules permit and if it is feasible and practicable, the Zilla Parishad may deal with the said application.
