The matters are not on board, however, at the request of the parties, taken on board.

The Appellant-insurance company through representative Mr.Idrees Khan Ayyub Khan, Assistant Manager, National Insurance Company along with his Advocate Mr.Usmanpurkar is present. Respondents/original claimant nos.1 to 4 and 8 are personally present before Lok Adalat and respondent nos.5, 6 and 7 are present through V.C. and they are verified by the Advocate.

Both parties filed the terms of compromise on record, which are marked as Exhibit-X.

The First Appeals are disposed of in terms of compromise. 5.

As per the compromise, the appellant - Insurance Company has deposited the amount of Rs.25,62,579/-, out of which the insurance company will get an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- as per terms of compromise and rest of the amount along with accrued interest, if any, be disbursed to the claimants as per the award passed by the MACT, Dhule. 6.

The court fees be refunded as per the rules.

Civil Applications, if any, be disposed of.
