It is stated that the petitioner is working in a private institution and the wife of the petitioner is working with the respondent - Zilla Parishad.

Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 shall consider the case of couple convenience as claimed by the petitioner at the time of General Transfers of the year - 2018, on its own merits, in accordance with its policy and rules.
