There is innocuous prayer in the petition inasmuch as the petitioner has prayed for direction to respondent No. 1 to take decision on proposal submitted by respondent No.2 on 02-03-2017, 02-04-2017 and 31-05-2017.

We direct the respondent No.1 to take decision on aforesaid proposal in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, however, within a period of six (6) weeks from today and communicate the decision office of respondent No.2.
