ORDER

This appeal is placed before us in today's National Lok Adalat. Mr. Sunil Nimbalkar h/f Mr. A. S. Gandhi, learned Counsel for the Appellants/Orig. Claimants is present. Mr. A. G. Choudhari, learned Counsel for the Respondents is present.

The learned Counsels for both the parties submit that they have amicably settled the lis and accordingly placed on record compromise memo. The compromise memo is marked "X" for identifcation. Both the signing parties are identifed by their respective advocates. 3.
The claimants make statement that except them and signing parties, there are no stakeholders in the subject matter covered by proceeding in hand. Appeal is disposed of in the terms of compromise terms ("X").

The Respondents shall deposit the amount of compensation awarded by MACT, Ahmednagar within a period of 45 days from today in 931-FA-1254-2019.odt
terms of compromise before the Tribunal.

The Appellants/Original Claimants are entitled to withdraw the amount of compensation in terms of Award passed by the Tribunal, and learned Member, MACT, Ahmednagar shall pass necessary orders to that effect forthwith.
6.
The Registry is directed to transfer the statutory amount, if any, deposited in this Court while fling the appeal along with accrued interest thereon to MACT, Ahmednagar. The amount, if any, deposited and withdrawn be adjusted.
7.
The Chairman, MACT, Ahmednagar shall adjust that statutory amount and amount, if any, withdrawn earlier, in the amount of compensation and thereafter take necessary steps for making the payment.
8.
The Chairman, Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Ahmednagar be informed accordingly.
9.
Refund of Court fees be processed as per rules. 10.
No order as to costs.
11.
