1] Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the respondents.

2] The learned counsel for respondents submits that there are no sufficient reasons mentioned in the application for condonation of delay. If this Court comes to the conclusion that delay is to be condoned, then the applicants shall not claim interest on the delayed period.

2026.18CA 3] Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses-A & B. Applicants shall not claim interest on delayed period.
