2] The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the objection as regards page no.66 being illegible, it is merely a photo copy of the original. Its typed copy has already been filed at page nos.64 and 65. He further points out that the second objection about page nos.100 to 105 being faint is ex facie incorrect.

3] I have perused the papers and particularly the documents in respect of which the objections were raised.

4] In view of the explanation and after verification of the relevant pages, the objections are waived. The Writ Petition is restored to the original file by quashing and setting aside the impugned order of the Registrar (J-I). Application is disposed of.
