This is an application for condonation of delay of 127 days for filing the First Appeal. Learned Counsel Mr. Bagal holding for learned Counesl Mr. Gadegaonkar opposes this application. However, considering the nature of litigation and the period of delay, I hold that discretion of condoning delay can be exercised in favour of the applicant. Accordingly, Civil
