PER COURT :- Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that, Appeal is filed by the petitioner before the State Government, against the order suspending the petitioner. However, as the Session is in progress, the Appeal is not considered. The Tribunal has rejected the Application on the ground that, it is premature. Learned AGP appears for respondent Nos.1 to 4 and submits that the session is only up to 23.12.2017.

Considering the above, it would be expedient that respondent No.1 decides the pending Appeal. The respondent No.1 shall endeavor to decide the Appeal filed by the petitioner challenging his suspension, expeditiously on its own merit, preferably within six weeks.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
