It is submitted that the Education Officer (Primary) has forwarded the proposal in September 2017 to the respondent no.1 for waiver of interest. The decision has not been taken upon it as yet by the respondent no.1.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondent no.1. 4.

In case the proposal is forwarded by the Education Officer (Primary) to the respondent no.1 (page 52) and if the same is pending with

( 2 ) 932 wp 14679.19 the respondent no.1. then the respondent no.1 shall take decision upon it on its merits expeditiously preferably within four months. Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
