The learned Government Pleader indicates from Section 3(q) and 15 (1)(b) of the Administrative Tribunal Act, that the Petitioner/Association will have to approach the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, since it desires to espouse the cause of it's employees for getting promotion as the Warden of the Schools.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits on instructions that, the Petitioner would prefer an Original

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off, as the Petitioner/Association desires to avail of a statutory remedy.
