In view of the above, this application is allowed. The delay of 98 days is condoned without costs as this matter is being worked out through the Legal Aid Committee.

MCA No.79/2018 stands restored at the same stage at which it was dismissed in default and the ad-interim relief granted by order dated 09/04/2018 stands restored. HMP No.547/2017, pending before the Family Court, Aurangabad, will therefore stand stayed. 4.
