Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the respective parties at length.

By the present applications, the applicant/original plaintiffs pray for stay to the effect and operation of the judgment and decree dated 23.08.2023, passed by the learned first appellate Court in R.C.A. No.25 of 2014, arising out of the judgment and decree dated 18.07.2014 passed by the learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Ahmedpur, District Latur in R.C.S. No.8 of 2013 (Old R.C.S. No.5 of 2005), during the pendency of appeals.

Needless to say that, vide order dated 01.12.2023, the appeals have been admitted. So also, while admitting the appeals, this Court has passed the reasoned order in the civil applications. Therefore, considering the question of law involved in the appeals, it would be just and proper to extend the order dated 01.12.2023, till decision of the appeals.
