The learned counsel for the applicant - Lakhan @ Laxman Vitthalrao Dhage in ABA No. 2184/2024, on instruction, seeks leave of this Court to withdraw his application. In view of the above, ABA No. 2184/2024 is dismissed as withdrawn.

Heard the learned counsel for the applicants in ABA No. 1681/2024 and the learned APP for the respondents-State. 3.
The applicants in ABA No. 1681/2024 are apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No. 582/2024 dated 10.9.2024 registered with Jalna Taluka Police Station, District Jalna for the offences punishable under sections 118(2), 115(2), 352 and 3(5) of B.N.S., 2023. 4.
This Court by order dated 7.10.2024 has granted interim protection to the applicants. The learned counsel for the applicants submits that in
ABA 1681/24 pursuance of the interim order of this Court, the applicants have attended the police station and have cooperated with the investigation. The case against the applicants is that the applicants have assaulted the informant by fist and kick blows. There are no corresponding injuries attributed in the medical report to the applicants. Even if such injuries are there, they are simple in nature. The grievous injury is said to have been caused by the other co-accused to the informant, whose application today was dismissed as withdrawn. In view of the above, the interim order dated 7.10.2024 in favour of the applicants can be confirmed.

In view of the above, ABA No. 1681/2024 is allowed and the interim protection granted on 7.10.2024 is confirmed on the following terms : i] The applicants shall attend the police station as and when required.
ii] The applicants shall not tamper with the evidence of the prosecution in any manner. They shall not influence the informant, witnesses and other persons concerned with the case. iii] The applicants shall co-operate with the investigation and also in the proceedings before the trial Court.

In the event, the applicants violate any of the conditions specified in this order, it shall be liable to be cancelled. 7.
It is also clarified that the observations made in this order are limited to the disposal of the present anticipatory bail application and the trial Court shall proceed further in the matter without being influenced by the observations made hereinabove.

Both the applications stand disposed of.
