Learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, from respondent no.2 the Special Land Acquisition Officer Beed informs that proposal for acquisition of the land of the petitioners is already received and the same shall be processed in the light of Right to Fair Compensation and Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 in accordance with the statutory provisions.
