Mr. Pawar, the learned counsel for petitioners submits that, the petitioners have already approached the Sub Divisional Officer, Vaijapur with regard to their grievance for compensation.

In view of that, present writ petition is disposed of. The petitioners may prosecute their remedy as may be permissible in law. The respondents can raise all possible defences as regard to maintainability of the proceeding before the Sub Divisional Officer. The Sub Divisional Officer shall consider the grievance of the petitioner and all defences of the respondents.
