Heard learned counsel for the applicant-ori. Respondent No.2 and learned counsel for the respondents-ori. Claimants. 2.

This is an application for condonation of 90 days delay in preferring the appeal against the judgment and award dated 2106-2019, passed in WCA No.26/2018 by the Commissioner for Employee's Compensation & Judge, Labour Court, Latur. 3.

There is no serious objection to condone the delay. 4.

There are averments in the application which make out a sufficient cause for condonation of delay. Thus, for the reasons assigned in the application and to advance the cause of substantive

ORDER
