The Applicant-Sansthan has put-forth prayer clause-B as under: "(B) This Hon'ble Court may kindly grant permission to implement Resolution No.598 passed by the learned Ad-hoc Committee in its meeting dated 25.09.2023 pursuant to which the applicant is permitted to construct permanent tensile fabric shed in front of new Shree Sai Baba Mandir Darshan queue building for the convenience of Sai Devotees and to protect Sai Devotees from sun, wind and rain etc, at an estimated cost of Rs.3,84,56,200/- by Etender process." 2.

It is informed that the learned Principal District Judge, Ahmednagar, who is the Chairman of the Ad-hoc Committee of the Shree Sai

( 2 ) ca 14635.23 Baba Sansthan Shirdi, has approved the Resolution No.598. The e-tendering process will be followed for construction of the terminal tensile fabric shed. 3.

In view of the above, this application is allowed in terms of prayer clause-B.
