Civil Application No.6077 of 2018 is filed by the applicants (original respondents) seeking extension of time of four months for erecting wire fencing to the disputed property. 2.

Civil Application No.6078 of 2018 is filed by the original appellant for fixing the matter for early hearing or in the alternative to permit the appellant to erect the wire fencing so as to protect the property.

In view of the fact that, the original respondents have already been permitted by this Court to erect the wire fencing, it would be appropriate to consider the request of the said respondents first of seeking extension of time. Originally, the time was granted of four months and that is over long back.

In the circumstances, I deem it appropriate to allow the time of two months from today for erecting the wire fencing by the respondents. It is clarified that, if the wire fencing is not erected by the respondents within the stipulated period, it would be open for the appellant to erect the said wire fencing. Both the Civil Applications (Nos.6078 of 2018 & 6077 of 2018) stand disposed of.
