Mr. Jadhavar, learned advocate appearing for the applicant, after arguing for some time, on instructions, submits that, the applicant would avail his remedy before the Supreme Court by challenging the order passed in Bail Application No.2153 of 2023, by which his earlier application for bail was rejected and seeks permission to withdraw this bail application to avail such remedy. Accordingly, bail application no.2378 of 2024 is disposed off as withdrawn, with the liberty, as prayed for.
