The Petitioner prays that this Court should issue a Writ of Mandamus to the learned Civil Judge, Junior Division to decide Regular Civil Suit No. 62 of 2020 and L.A.R. No. 28 of 2022, at the earliest or within six moths.

The learned AGP rightly submits that a Writ of Mandamus can be issued against a statutory authority for delay in discharge of duties and not against a Judge. Moreover, one proceeding is just three years old and another proceeding is just one year old. 3.
