Heard Mr. Adwant, learned advocate appearing for the applicant. 2.

The applicant seeks to condone the delay of 52 days caused in filing the appeal from order.

Perused the application and reasons as stated therein. The applicant explains, in paragraph no. 6 onwards, the reasons for the delay, which appear to be genuine.

In that view of the matter, the case is made out to condone the delay. Hence, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). 5.

Appeal be registered, subject to the removal of office objections. 6.
