The request is made for allowing the applicant to withdraw the interest amount accrued on the amount of Fixed Deposit, which was allowed to be withdrawn by the claimant, but could not be withdrawn for non-furnishing of solvent security for fifteen months. 2.

We have heard learned A.G.P. for respondents no.1 and 2. 3.

Considering the request made, we allow the applicant to withdraw accrued interest on the amount of Rs.2,21,00,000/- for the period from 11.9.2015 to 25.4.2017 on furnishing solvent security of the like amount or Bank guarantee.
