Applicants No.1 and 2 are permitted to withdraw an amount of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rs. Five lakhs). Applicant no.1, who is natural guardian of applicant no.2, is, therefore, permitted to withdraw an amount of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rs.Five lakhs) out of the deposited amount. Further applicants no.3 and 4 are also permitted to withdraw sum of Rs.2,50,000/- (Rs.Two lakhs Fifty thousand) each. The withdrawal is subject to applicants no.1, 3 and 4 filing an undertaking that the withdrawal shall abide by the final orders that may be made in the appeal. The applicants shall furnish copy of the undertaking to the appellant before filing it in the Registry. The balance amount to be invested in the Nationalised Bank initially for a period of two years. Liberty to apply for withdrawal of additional amount after making out a case of necessity.
