ORDER :

The matter was referred for mediation to learned Shri A. V. Gujarathi, Trained Judge Mediator District Judge-1, Latur. The mediation is successful and the agreement has been arrived at. The said terms were got verified through Registrar (Judicial) and he has submitted the report.

In view of the successful mediation and the parties arriving at the agreement and thereby the party on the second part has referred in the agreement who is respondent herein giving consent for petitioners and to allow the second appeal, the second appeal stands allowed in terms of agreement Exhibit "X". Parties to the agreement adhered to the terms of the settlement and in view of this order the

SA 240-2021 party on the second part i.e. the respondent herein is allowed to withdraw the amount that has been transferred by the appellant herein. Accordingly the marriage between the appellant and the respondent stands dissolved. Decree be drawn in terms of the agreement.
