DATE : 05.12.2019 P.C. :- The petitioner is challenging the order appointing Authorised Officer. According to the petitioner the petitioner is not at fault. The elections were stayed by the respondent-authorities on account of assembly elections. The petitioner has also submitted the voters list and all steps are taken. 2.

It is not disputed by the parties that the petitioner has a remedy of an appeal against the order appointing Authorised Officer. 3.

The petitioner may resort to the remedy of an appeal. Till then status quo as on today be maintained for a period of seven days. Needless to state that on lapse of seven days the order of status quo shall come to an end.
