Copy of Death Certificate is enclosed with the Application showing the name of Purushottam Kanahyalal Nathani as deceased. The Applicants claim to be his legal heirs. The copy of Heirship Certificate issued by the Competent Court is not enclosed with the Application. Learned Advocate for the Applicants submits that, before the Appeal is disposed off finally, the Applicants would place on record the copy of the Heirship Certificate showing the Applicants as the legal heirs of the

ORDER

[i] The Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. [ii] The amendment be carried out within four (4) weeks. [iii] The Applicants shall place on record the copy of the Heirship Certificate issued by the Competent Court before the Appeal is finally disposed off.
