By the present Application, the Applicants seek condonation of delay in filing the present Application, and permission to delete the name of Respondent No. 7-E. - Sunita Ashok Barhate from the array of Respondents in the First Appeal No. 4127 of 2016 preferred by the Acquiring Body.

The papers indicate that, since the original Claimant - Respondent No. 7 - Ashok Guna Barhate died, his legal representatives were brought on record as Respondent Nos. 7-A to 7-E. Respondent No. 7-E - Sunita Ashok Barhate was the widow of original Claimant - Ashok. Now said Sunita is reported to be dead. The copy of Death Certificate showing her name as Deceased is enclosed with the Application. There is no dispute that the Applicants Nos. 7/A to 7/D herein - Respondent

2 34CA13743.2025.odt No. 7-A to 7-D in the First Appeal are the legal heirs of the deceased - Sunita Ashok Barhate. Hence, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' and 'C' thereof.

The necessary amendment be carried out forthwith. 4.

The Application stands disposed off.
