The learned Advocate for the petitioners has handed over the copy of the order dated 05.03.2024 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Court No.5, Jalna in SCC No.1789/2017 on Exh.1. According to the said order, the parties have filed purshis vide Exh.22 thereby compromising all the pending matters between them. They have also compromised the matter which is pending before this Court.
