This is an application for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the respondent/M.S.R.T.C. in this Court. 2.
Perused the application. Heard learned Advocates for both the sides.

Learned Advocate for the respondent strongly opposed the application and prayed to reject the application. 4.
Considering the reasons stated in the application, Civil Application deserves to be allowed partly. Hence, the following order:
ORDER
a.
Civil Application is partly allowed.
b.
Applicant is permitted to withdraw 75% amount out of deposited amount alongwith interest accrued thereon on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
c.
Civil Application stands disposed of.

This is an application for granting stay to the execution and operation of the impugned judgment and award. 2.
Learned Advocate for the appellant has submitted that the appellant has deposited the entire award amount in this Court under impugned judgment and award.

It appears that appellant has not deposited the deficit Court fees. Considering this aspect the following order:
ORDER
a.
Upon deposit of deficit Court fees, there shall be interim stay to the impugned judgment and award. If the Court fees is not deposited within two weeks, the stay granted by this order shall be vacated without further reference to this Court.
b.
Civil Application stands disposed of.
