Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that award has been passed in favour of the petitioner by the Grievance Redressal Tribunal for payment of labour and transportation charges. The Tahsildar/District Collector has to execute the same. However, the award has not yet been executed.

{2} wp14694.19.19.odt On the last date, we had asked the learned AGP to take instructions. The learned AGP submits that instructions are not received.

In case the award in favour of the petitioner is still in force and if the Tahsildar/District Collector are competent to execute the same and the award is not stayed, then the authorities shall execute the award in accordance with law and as per the procedure expeditiously, preferably within six months.
