This application is for stay to the execution of award passed by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Ahmedpur, District Latur in Land Reference No. 198 of 2010.

Learned counsel for respondent no. 1 raised objection for grant of stay.

Considering the nature of litigation as Land Reference, application for stay deserves to be allowed, subject to condition that applicants/appellants shall deposit entire compensation amount awarded by Reference Court with interest thereon within 12 weeks.

If the compensation amount is not deposited within time, the order of stay shall stands revoked without placing the matter before this Court. Reference Court be informed accordingly.

Civil Application is disposed of.
